We accept returns or exchanges on any undamaged, unused items within 7 days of delivery date. After 7 days all sales are final. Shipping cost arenon-refundable, and are at the expense of the customer. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping. If customer buy in a sales events, no return will be accepted. We can accept exchange once without shipping and handling fee.
If the customers has doubt about the color or the nature grain of the skin on the bag, please purchase in a trade show or a sales event.
The tolerance of the measure is 2 cm, We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
We do not accept any returns unless the product has a defect or is damaged. Please contact our customer service (email@example.com), we will contact you soon.

Please email us before returning or exchanging items. Returns must include all original receipts, tags, accessories and accompanying packaging. Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without emailing our customer service first.
